OneTaste, one of London’s hottest underground music and spoken word scenes, is coming out from its birthplace in South London and stepping up to the plate for their biggest showcase yet with the support of the artists it has helped at the beginning of their careers.

OneTaste, the renowned music and spoken word collective, made their name by helping launch some of the UK’s most amazing talent; Portico Quartet, Newton Faulkner, Little Dragon, Tawiah, Scroobius Pip, Jamie Woon, Polarbear, Jono McCleery, Wallis Bird, Beth Rowley, to name just a few, have all performed as part of OneTaste and this exciting and ambitious show is an opportunity for some of these artists to show their appreciation to the platform OneTaste gave them in their early careers.

Founded by Producer Dannii Evans and singer Jamie Woon in December 2004, One Taste was created to throw a spotlight onto the talent that was arising from the underground London arts scenes. KOKO will be their largest London indoor show to date.

As part of their commitment to providing a multi-platform promotion for new artists, OneTaste are also releasing ‘OneTaste Collective Vol.2’ the album on 14th June, featuring breakthrough artists such as Fiona Bevan, Marques Toliver, Gabby Young and Park Bench Poet alongside established acts Corinne Bailey Rae, Alice Russell and Oi Va Voi. With this new release the OneTaste Collective return with the second instalment of their critically acclaimed series whose first edition brought us tracks from Portico Quartet, Little Dragon and many more. And that’s not all, ticket-holders to OneTaste Koko on June 16th will all receive a track from OneTaste Collective Vol.2 absolutely free!
