The BBC Folk Awards 2007 held at The Brewery, London on Monday 5 February is one of the essnetial dates in the folk calendar, where the cutting edge of the folk scene get recognition for outstanding work in an often-neglected music field.

This year the public are being asked to vote for their favourite folk song of all time (see links below).
