Hip-Life music is an innovative Ghanaian fusion of highlife and hip-hop. Since its inception around 1998, into Ghanaian music, it has undergone various metamorphoses through language, hardcore rap to a more refined rhythm and eschewed any negative tendencies to command the greatest respect in our social fiber today. COMMENTS I was at the Ghana at 50 event at the Stratford Rex and I didn’t see or hear about ANYONE being attacked? Especially as the venue has plenty of bouncers - more than 10! my only problem is if i will be able o wear kente, coz i dont noe the dressing code! Like all Ghanaian events, I’m sure the dress code is traditional and normal dress so your kente outfit should be fine |
