With the recent release of ‘Masitéladi’ still fresh on the turntables (with the excellent Rob da Bank remix), ‘Ce N’est Pas Bon’ is another track taken from the increasingly wonderful Welcome To Mali (see review HERE), the album version gets a radio edit (that’s hits the pop side of the track which is fair enough) and there’s a special stripped down ‘cantina’ demo sans Albarn. This is the one to get as is just how you’d imagine that they play to their friends back home; although it was recorded in Montreuil.

The pair of Amadou et Mariam is one of the most reviewed on FLY so we’re equally happy to hear that there’s plans are already afooot for a tour in the UK in February/March of next year so guaranteed more news soon.
