This is only the 5th release on Andes Music and they are now in the stratosphere with the pairing of Chilean DJs and producers Dani Casarano and Felipe Valenzuela.

Dani is acknowledged as one of the founders of the Chilean electronic music scene with releases on labels such as Connaisseur Supérieur, Whirlpoolsex Music and Bond Records. Felipe on the other hand is a relative newcomer in Europe but is well known at home.

‘Tia Anita’ is a dub drenched bouncer of a track with loads of echo in an upbeat ‘A Night To Remember’ type way. And whilst the Alejandro Vivanco remix is more of a minimal touch whilst it gets going, if your into percussive dubby rainforests like Drumpoet Community’s Ray Okpara and his Swimming To The Moon EP, look no further than the Felipe Venegas remix that grooves around steel pans, rainsticks and heavy glocks with a touch of ping pong for good measure.

This is definitely our kind of house music especially the Venegas global remix that sounds better on every listen.
