Please note this is an old page and Fly Global Music has now moved. Please follow this link and search for the entry in the new site. Comparisons have been made with Spacemen 3, Aussies Architecture In Helsinki, Sonic Youth, Jim Noir and Amerie! Now that’s the type of confusion that leads to a movement clamouring for a Popworld appearance. The lead track ‘Confusion’ is that quirky lo-fi synth-pop that you’re not to sure of to start with but ends up as a bouncing sing-a-long, possibly in a big field with lots of teenage girls at the front of a very big stage. It’s put together like a silly mix of samples; such is ‘Confusion’. More structured are ‘Street Of Sound’ and ‘Fist Sized Lover’ (Ohhh! That must hurt) that fall somewhere between Get Cape, Ware Cape, Fly and Calvin Harris. Gets better with every listen and by the time you get to ‘The Rising Of The Sun’ you think you’ve got the hang of it.
