Rich Mix - The Place to be on Sunday Afternoons |

|
If you like instrumental jazz, relaxed surroundings and a glass of wine or munchies, this is the place to go. Gary and Pete did a jam session with 2 other artists and invited other musicians on the stage to perform. There were two takers on the piano, someone on the drums and a young lady called Rasiyah, who hails from Brent, sang. The first Sunday of the month is Nu Jam where an emerging artist / band performs. The second and Third Sunday of the month Tomorrows Warriors- - jazz artists whose record label Dune Music is based in Harrow — perform. The last Sunday of the month is VoxJam. Zara McFarlane performs — she has a wonderful voice. I saw her perform on Valentines day, at The Jazz CafĂ©, where they did a tribute to Billie Holiday. There will also be poets, MCs and other lyrical artists. Peter Edwards will be performing at Spice of Life, another great haunt for live jazz on Sunday 3rd August. 6 Moor Street For more information on happenings at Rich Mix check outhttp://www.richmix.org.uk Or call: 020 7613 7498 For information on Tomorrows Warriors or Gary Crosby check out: |
