The evening will feature New Orleans native son, Wynton Marsalis and many special celebrity guest artists and speakers. Many artists, entertainers and celebrities are mobilizing now to participate in the Higher Ground Hurricane Relief Concert and the list of those scheduled to appear continues to grow.

Appearances from Peter Cincotti, McCoy Tyner, Abbey Lincoln, Arturo Sandoval, Paquito Di Rivera, Diana Krall, Elvis Costello, Paul Simon, Buckwheat Zydecho, Cassandra Wilson, Bill Cosby and Whoopi Goldberg are confirmed. Additional artists and speakers will be announced. The Higher Ground Hurricane Relief Concert will take place on Saturday, September 17 at 7:00pm at the Frederick P. Rose Hall- home of Jazz at Lincoln Center; which is located on Broadway at 60th Street in New York City.

Tickets are available on Thursday, September 8th at the Jazz at Lincoln Center Box Office located on Broadway at 60th Street on the ground floor.
