There are three free concerts at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion featuring artists from around the globe, including:

Seu Jorge / Amadou and Mariam (June 29)
Goran Bregovic and his Wedding & Funeral Orchestra (July 10)
Anoushka Shankar (August 13)

Three additional concerts, all part of World Music Festival: Chicago 2006 (WMF), also take place at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion in Millennium Park, from September 14 - 21, 2006. The WMF, now in its 8th season, has been bringing musical groups from around the world to the entire city of Chicago since its inception in 1998. Artists include:

Culture Musical Club Zanzibar / Natacha Atlas (September 18)
Orchestra Infinity, featuring composer Kahil El’Zabar (September 21)
